The main cause of enteritis in aquatic animals
1. The abundant use of various animal and plant proteins to produce high protein level of feed. The histamine and malondialdehyde, produced from spoilage of animal protein, and the anti-nutritional factors contained in plant protein, are unavoidable and damages the intestinal structure of aquatic animals.
