The same situation as China, due to the influence or panic of ASF, many feed companies in Vietnam have increased more efforts on research and development in poultry feed.
In order to help our customers, we have cooperated with our partners, Vietnam Menon, to hold a poultry nutrition technology seminar in Hanoi. Three “female experts” appeared in seminar to explain the doubts of technical directors of more than 20 local and foreign companies in Vietnam. They are Zhang Keying, Professor of Sichuan Agricultural University, a post scientist of technical system of China Waterfowl Industry; Dr. Chen Xiaochun, a practical expert in nutrition technology and quality management in large feed enterprises and Dr. Xiao Weiwei, the director of product application of Mytech.
With 41 years of study, research, teaching and practical experience in the poultry field, Mrs. Zhang is able to handle all kinds of questions from customers in Vietnam with skill and ease. We all say that Mrs.Zhang’s brain is like an encyclopedia of poultry nutrition. Whether it is about broilers, layers, ducks, about protein ingredient, general energy, feed additive, or about animal production performance and commodity performance, as long as there are questions you can ask, she can always find relevant literature or her research reports in her magic box-computer and answer the questions.
Dr. Chen Xiaochun, who has been intensively study on formulating technology for 25 years in feed enterprises, has also demonstrated a very high standard. Based on the question of how to solve various production practice problems, how to control the quality of raw materials and how to optimize the feed formula, she always gives the most appropriate advice.
Of course, the youngest Dr. Xiao, relying on her eight years of experience in the application of peptide products, has provided Vietnam customers with new ideas for selecting functional protein materials for poultry nutrition.
