Vietnam Menon-Chengdu Mytech 2019 Technical Seminar Had Been Successfully Concluded



“Functional Peptides, A New Trend in Animal Nutrition”


After 13 years of hard work, the Vietnam has become one of the most important markets in “the Belt and Road” overseas strategy layout of Mytech. Working with our partner Vietnam Menon, we held a seminar in Ho Chi Minh to discuss how to find high-quality functional protein raw materials to improve feed quality under the new situation and to launch the trials of FORTIDE® on aqua in Vietnam. Including Vietnam ANT, Cargill, TechBank, New Hope, GreenFeed, CJ, US Feed, Anova, Japfa, Lai Thieu, Sagrifood, there are actually over 50 cooperative customers attended the conference.



Based on our many-year research on protein sources and in view of the current status of common protein sources in Vietnam, Dr. Xiao, the Director of Product Application Center in Chengdu Mytech, made a report on “The analysis on the quality of protein raw materials commonly used in feed ”. In the report, she analyzed the quality of the imported and the local protein raw material and explained the key points of quality control of plant and animal protein resources.



Then, Dr. Tang, the Director of the Product Development Center, gave a report titled “FORTIDE® -Improving Feed Quality and Farming Benefits”, on the background of biosecurity risks of animal protein source and high content of unfavorable factors of plant protein source, and demonstrating the product upgrades and latest research results about our core product FORTIDE® in recently years to our new and old customers.



And Prof. Nguyen Nhu Tri, Dean of the Fisheries College of Nong Lam University in Ho Chi Minh city , thematically interpreted the results of the project "Study on the application of FORTIDE on Catfish " which was carried out in cooperation with Mytech. And the results indicate that FORTIDE® is effective in promoting the growth of catfish, reducing FCR, and enhancing intestinal health.


Finally, Dr. Meng Huaiwang, General Manager of Chongqing Unibio, explained the management and prevention measures of pig farms in the context of Africa swine fever raging. And also came up with a opinion that the key to prevent African swine fever is to improve the disease resistance of pigs, and introduced the effect of FORTIDE® in improving disease resistance and anti-stress of pigs.
